Q. Do you take pets?
Unfortunately not. Sunnyside operates as a pet-free holiday home, meaning we do not allow any animals at Sunnyside.

Q. Do you have parking?
Yes, there is off-street parking for up to two vehicles.

Q. Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we are equipped with fibre broadband.

Q. How many people does the cottage sleep?
Sunnyside can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. There is a double bed in each bedroom, and is ideally suited for one/two couples.

Q. When is check-in and check-out?
You can check-in from 3pm on the first day of your stay. Check-out on the day of departure is 10am.

Q. What is your minimum stay?
We operate a minimum 3-night stay policy throughout the year, however during high season (school and public holidays) we only rent out on a weekly/7 night basis.

Q. Is the cottage walking distance to a pub?
Yes, the fantastic White Hart Inn is just a hundred yards away.

Q. How far is the nearest beach?
Port Isaac (location for ITV's Doc Martin) is just 4 miles away. Popular beaches Polzeath and Daymer Bay are about 7 miles away. See our list of some local attractions for further information.

Q. What local information can you share to help us enjoy our stay?
Take a look at some local attractions for more information on things to see and do. Additionally, we are happy to share some suggestions on your arrival, and we are always on-hand during your stay to provide some of our own recommendations on great places to eat and visit. There is nothing like having some local knowledge!

Q. What if I have a problem/ question/ emergency during my stay?
We do everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. As the owners, we also live in the village (just a 10 minute walk away) and as such can be on hand to deal with any problems. Contact details can be found on this website, and provided on arrival.

Q. Do I need holiday insurance?
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover the cancellation of your holiday due to circumstances beyond your control, such as accidents, illness, inclement weather or general cancellation. We also recommend your policy cover personal liability claims in the event of any accidental damage to the property. Please see our full terms and conditions.
